Hey there, did this a short time ago it's a third version of an homage to August Rodins "The Inner Voice" it's an abstract thing though the main pose is nearly the same as the sculpture originally has from the frontside perspective.

I did it in chalk and coals first and afterwards i tried too get it right with the same mood i wanted on pc (with wacom DINA6 as always), without scanning (colors weren't on the original, just basic drawings).

I wanted to let the figure mostly in the shadows but still with her features and partial reflexes....as if it glows from within. It's surounded by blueish tones cause i thought the contrast of so called "inner fire" and the oposite underlines the whole gesture.

I hope some of you like it !!

We all have a forcefull voice in us, but it's not the same for everyone,so search for yours *g*
after Month under the cold and dark surface of this god forsaken planet, without any light, but the spare torches we had to rationate and the few resources everyone had to take with himself,....the crying young ones and the old and injured,
at least we had found this refugee of our Race.Outside,above...even in the deapth of the wide ranging tunnelsystems nearly 20 miles below,
you could here the Bombs and fearsome detonations....we new, this is our last hope, the fortress against this bloody foes, we can but only wait and steel our men and women, shield the next generations to come, and master our final stand...
